Southern Fire
is a New Zealand based Christian ministry. The Southern Fire team believes in the power of God to save, heal, restore and touch lives just as He did as described in the book of Acts in the Holy Bible. Southern Fire began ministering around New Zealand in 2016, making use of a big marquee and local venues. There have been salvations, healings, deliverances and life transformations both at and after the meetings.

Tent up at Whanganui
Southern Fire ministered in Balclutha (January 2021) and Whanganui (February 2021). In January 2023, some of the Southern Fire team participated in Outpouring NZ on the upper east coast of the North Island.
The most recent outreach event took place at Elim Community Church in Invercargill, in June 2023.

It began with a revelation from Heaven ...
The seed for this ministry was planted in 1981 when John Watson, a farmer from the Catlins in Southland, New Zealand, was shown fires being kindled, beginning in the south of New Zealand, spreading and increasing until the fire of God encompassed both north and south. Continue reading here ...
